Skyguide plant derzeit eine radikale Restrukturierung. Hat Skyguide die nach ATM/ANS.OR.A.040/.045 erforderliche Sicherheitsbeurteilung vor der Einleitung des Restrukturierungsverfahrens dem BAZL vorgelegt — zumal nach dem jüngsten IT-Systemausfall infolge eines Systemupdates die Anfälligkeit der technischen Infrastruktur dokumentiert ist?
