Änderung der Grundbuchverordnung (Rechtsgrundausweis in Erb- und Trustsachen)
Der Vorentwurf füllt Lücken bei der Grundbuchverordnung, die Erbfälle betreffen, beseitigt Inkonsistenzen und sorgt für eine bessere Abstimmung mit dem übergeordneten Recht. Gleichzeitig erfolgt eine Anpassung an den revidierten Art. 92 Abs. 2 IPRG. Die GBV-Bestimmungen zum Trust können als Folge dieser Änderungen gestrafft und leserlicher gestaltet werden.
