- Im Jahr 2012 werden keine Beiträge an Investitionen für neue Technologien aus dem zweckgebundenen Fonds "Medienforschung, Rundfunktechnologien, Programmarchivierung", siehe Band 3, Ziffer B41, ausgerichtet (Art. 22 RTVG). Solche Investitionsbeiträge an neue Technologien können grundsätzlich auch über einen zweckgebundenen Anteil an den Radio- und Fernsehempfangsgebühren finanziert werden (Art. 58 RTVG), was in der Staatsrechnung jedoch nicht aufgeführt wird (Art. 70 RTVG).
