Der Zivildienst soll dort zum Einsatz kommen, wo der grösste gesellschaftliche Bedarf besteht. Offenbar ist der Bund auch ein Einsatzbetrieb und beschäftigt auch Zivis. Wie viele Zivis sind beim Bund in welchen Ämtern beschäftigt und was machen sie konkret?
