Als "zentrale Erkenntnis" kritisiert der Bericht der EFK zu Verkehr 45, dass keine systematische Prüfung von Alternativen zum Autobahnausbau erfolgt sei (S. 4), und nimmt zudem Bezug auf das Mobility Pricing (S. 15). Damit mischt sich die EFK in politische Debatten ein. Wie beurteilt das UVEK dies?
