Der Bundesrat befürwortet laut AHV 2030 einen Interventionsmechanismus ohne automatische Massnahmen. Das Parlament soll «im ordentlichen politischen Prozess» reagieren – das kann es heute schon. Welchen Mehrwert bietet ein Interventionsmechanismus ohne Massnahmen? Teilt der Bundesrat die Ansicht, dass ein Interventionsmechanismus zwingend strukturelle Massnahmen enthalten muss und nicht nur aus Zusatzfinanzierung bestehen darf?
